The UAE Falcons Federation, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Falconers Club, is proud to announce the preliminary Telwah races for the 2025–2026 season, to be held at Al Falah Field in Abu Dhabi. These races are part of ongoing efforts to support falconry as a sport and preserve this cherished heritage, a cornerstone of the UAE’s cultural identity. The competition will be conducted over two rounds:

• Round One: 300 meters, from November 5 to 8, 2025.

• Round Two: 400 meters, from November 19 to 22, 2025, including two additional races for the “Hur” (farm-bred) and “Shaheen” (farm-bred) categories for the public.

The event will feature a variety of falcon types, including Jeer Taba, Jeer Shaheen, Jeer Pure, and Karmousha, across both the open public and private owner categories, attracting top falconers from across the Emirates.

These preliminary races aim to enhance the readiness of both falcons and falconers in preparation for the main season, underscoring the
